COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for employees in small and large businesses who seek a better understanding of a company's financial performance, strengths and weaknesses. Emphasis is on the major financial statements in the Annual Report. Through interactive exchanges and exercises, participants examine these statements in an effort to gauge the financial well-being of a business. They are also encouraged to identify line items that impact internal controls and their relationship to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
