COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for non-financially trained senior management in all functions of an organization. Although some of the topics are covered in other courses in the Financial Fundamentals series, they are discussed in greater or lesser detail and with a different orientation in this workshop. The emphasis is on understanding the financial implications of decisions.
Courses can be designed to accommodate special needs. Individual topics of interest can be selected and highlighted. Small class sizes are encouraged.
