CASE STUDY
In the case study, Lae Stertter faces a major decision. You watch Lae apply a twelve-step tool to help her arrive at the best outcome. Later, when Lae faces a less weighty decision, she takes a moment to use the thumbnail tool which follows the same basic thought process in a much less rigorous format.
