This course is designed for people who want to improve their budget preparation skills in a clear, concise and systematic manner. The course develops a process that acts as an interactive road map to follow from early, well thought out forecasting through actual budget preparation. This is a hands-on experience in planning and preparing sales, cash and other types of budgets that encourage participants to practice what they have learned in their individual business environments.
