SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SERIES

Integrating Bricks vs. Clicks
Targeted Skill Level: Advanced
Duration: 1 - 1.5 hours
COURSE DESCRIPTION E-commerce supply chains are frequently complicated by the fact that the core business often contains e-business components as well as a conventionally structured "brick-and-mortar" business. This type of integrated business model creates opportunities for diversification as well as potential pitfalls. Insights - Integrating Bricks vs. Clicks presents emerging integration strategies and the challenges and potential rewards of integration.
This course was developed in collaboration with The John Olin School of Business at Washington University and Professor of Operations and Manufacturing Management, Panos Kouevelis, an authority and extensively published author on supply chain management.
